The building went from an empty shell to a stocked, trading store. Outside, that meant stucco walls, red metal fascia, a new roof, full height storefront glass and fresh concrete right around the building. Inside, it meant plank flooring, a cooler line, gondola shelving, a checkout counter and a seating area facing the pumps.
